Bio

Drummer:

Randy Yelton was born and raised in Long Branch N.J He began playing drums at the age of 12.Randy"s musical influences are R&B (Earth Wind & Fire) and contemporary Jazz. Randy is a graduate from the University of Dayton, Ohio, where he received his B.A degree with a minor in music.

Immediately after graduation Randy returned to the Jersey shore to return to his R&B roots. One night before rehearsing with his band, his long time friend shared the Gospel with Randy and as a result Randy accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Shortly after his profession of faith Randy became a 20 year member of the contemporary Christian R& B Jazz group" Straight Street". This Band has played and was known all throughout the metropolitan Tri state area

Randy Yelton is also a composer and a two time winner of the Christian Radio 9:70 DJ contest. Randy has played at major events such as" Revelation Generation Music Festival"and shared the stage with the well known guitarist Phil Keaggy

Bass Player:

Ray Rasa was born in Brooklyn, NY. Ray studied trumpet at the age of 10 as his initial instrument and appeared as a young boy with his family band "The Rasa brother's orchestra" or the first time on stage in Brooklyn NYC. Ray later was inspired to start playing the bass guitar and studied music at the Wagner College in Staten Island, N.Y. His tutors included Jim Fielder, bassist of Blood Sweat and Tears and Joe Palmer of Joe Palmers Young Jazz Musicians and Jazz on The Rocks. Ray also played regularly at BB Kings original club in Memphis, TN with such stars as Lil Jimmy King and Eric Gale of the Gale brothers as well as with Lone Shark a New Jersey based blues band, Ray most recently has been a member of the worship team at Lincroft Bible Church in Lincroft, NJ.

Sax Player

Stanley McClary picked up the Saxophone as he was a young boy and his talents were easily recognizable. Stanley graduated from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey, where he studied jazz under the imitable Thad Jones.

Stanley returned to NJ after 8 years and there he experienced a new inspiration through playing with Amber and Company with whom he opened for jazz artist such as Pieces of a Dream and SherryWinston. While attending a coffee house at a local church, Stanley sat in with the contemporary Christian R&B Jazz group Straight Street that embraced him as a long time member for years to come. Stanley played saxophone on many occasions and with many bands, (famous and not so famous). But nothing is as important to Stanley then to play sax for the glory of the Lord.

Singer Songwriter and Guitar Player

Maik Lankau was born and raised in Bremerhaven Germany.

Maik Lankau had his first band as he was 13 and began his first world tour as he was 22. Maik experienced his first successful debut in the international music scene with the band ZENO. After opening for acts like Queen and Black Sabbath, Touring with Krokus and many other Bands in the Rock'n Roll scene Maik remembered his Lord and the relationship he had with Jesus as a child.

Maik decided to exit the worldly music scene and began leading worship in a small church in Brick NJ. Maik records his own songs written over many years and leads worship at Lincroft Bible Church. He continuously dedicates himself to the advancement of Gods Kingdome through Music and the training of the next generation of worship leaders.
